Hey guys, it's been a very long time since my previous listing and the one I just put up and I've noticed that a lot of things have changed.
One of them being the unfortunate loss of a good number of very good reviews from customes, only 4 are left.
For those that use Etsy to sell, have you noticed a harder time of it?
I went through the categories that my pieces fall under and while it is sort of nice that noone really does what I do, still. There is now a huge number of very cheaply made pieces that sort of emulate the general theme, without much style or grace but I guess that's what sells.
Any advice (even if it is "Etsy ain't good for actual jewelry anymore") is appreciated.
Hey guys, hope everyone is doing fine. Not really sure what to say because I'm not really sure what to do. Just wanted to see if anyone remembers I have this account and whether anyone even cares that I do.
That will be all for now I guess.
Going to try to at least post some photos in the near future.
Hey guys, I really do need your help in the form of your comments. What if there was a "better kind of Etsy"? What improvements would you make to the current format? Would you prefer to submit your work to a juried site that only allows small companies and artisans? This could be a reality, it isn't me that is working on the project but I have volunteered to help. If you would like to help in any way, for instance, there are some crafts I don't know too much about and currently I am working on a categorization system.
As for everything else, things have been rough, mostly healthwise, but we grin and bear it...
So yeah... I've been slacking. I try to carve out time to work but working around all the conditions and diseases is getting harder and harder. How are you guys doing? Is anyone still watching? I still post things every once in a while.
I need to make something that sells, again. I've brought back the "Ammo" and the "Clockwork" series and noone seems to care anymore. Should I make a key? I know what I will do though, stamp some words on some metal and call it jewelry...
